The BLUE WAGON restaurant was founded thanks to our feeling for gastronomy, good and quality food and wine.
What type of cuisine do you do?
Czech, European.
What is your specialty, the must-try dish?
Duck breast according to seasonal preparation.
What is the most interesting season for your restaurant?
Autumn.
Two words to describe it?
Tasting experience.
What makes people fall in love with your place?
Price/quality ratio, also the food and the staff (changes 4 x a year).
